Detailed Description
This feature enables payroll integration for employer contributions in the deductible allowance benefit. The employer contribution in deductible allowance can now be integrated with the Recurring Information for Benefit Integration object, which is integrated to Employee Central Payroll. Previously, only employee integration was supported for this benefit type.
Impact Assessment
This change extends payroll integration capabilities to include employer contributions for deductible allowance benefits. Organizations using deductible allowance benefits with the Pay Components integration mode will now be able to integrate employer contributions with Employee Central Payroll. The feature is automatically enabled and requires the Integration Mode to be set as Pay Components in the Create New Benefit screen.
