Detailed Description

We've enhanced the Basis Calculation Equation functionality to support additional customization when setting up Basis Calculation Equations for Variable Pay templates. You can now define conditional rules directly in the Formula field for Basis Calculation Equation in Variable Pay templates using the If-then conditions in your formula. This allows you to set different calculation logic for target bonus amounts based on string or number fields.
