This enhancement adds guidance and a direct link to troubleshooting resources in the S-User validation dialog during Identity Authentication upgrade processes. When users initiate or change an Identity Authentication upgrade, they now see a helpful message with a link to a Knowledge Base Article (KBA) providing solutions for common S-User authentication issues before entering their credentials. This improvement aims to empower users to resolve authentication issues independently and reduce the need to contact support.
Impact Assessment
This is a minor enhancement that improves the self-service experience during Identity Authentication upgrade processes by providing users with immediate access to troubleshooting guidance. The change applies to both initiate and change Identity Authentication processes and is automatically enabled. This enhancement reduces reliance on support and allows for a smoother, more efficient upgrade process without requiring configuration changes.
