SAP SuccessFactors is replacing the old MIME type standard with the Mozilla/IANA MIME type standard in Document Management. The transition will occur on November 14, 2025, with full deprecation and removal planned for November 2026. All documents currently in the system will remain accessible, and MIME type resolution will automatically use the new Mozilla/IANA standard going forward without requiring configuration or changing how users interact with attachments.
