Detailed Description
Three legacy features—Help and Tutorials, Handout Builder, and Admin Resources—are being deprecated due to reliance on outdated technology and unmaintained static help content. These features reached End of Maintenance on May 20, 2022 and will be deleted on November 14, 2026. SAP SuccessFactors now delivers help content on the SAP Help Portal, with customized in-app help available through SAP Companion or third-party solutions.
Impact Assessment
Organizations currently using Help and Tutorials, Handout Builder, or Admin Resources must plan migration to alternative solutions before November 14, 2026. Users relying on custom help content created through Handout Builder will need to transition to SAP Companion or third-party solutions. The Admin Resources link will remain visible in the UI but will redirect to the SAP Help Portal instead of displaying local content.
