Detailed Description

Administrators can now use the Instance Refresh Tool to refresh production tenants during the implementation phase with an approval workflow. The refresh process requires administrator approval, includes email notifications for each step, and automatically cancels if not approved within 24 hours. After each production tenant refresh, SAP disables the refresh functionality to protect tenant data, and the operation is permanent and irreversible.
