AI-Assisted Interview Feedback Insights enables users to generate comprehensive insights from candidate interview feedback using generative AI capabilities. The feature consolidates feedback from multiple interviewers, incorporating ratings, remarks, notes, comments, and recommendations. Recruiters and hiring managers can generate, view, and regenerate insights at different interview stages as new data becomes available.

This feature requires purchasing AI units licenses and enabling specific configurations in Admin Center, including the Assisted Interview Feedback Insights permission and View Candidate Rating feature permission.
