The recommendations integrate suggestions from Learning, Opportunity Marketplace, and Growth Portfolio modules based on user profile information, growth portfolio attributes, and system interactions. Users can bookmark recommendations, mark them as not interested, and manage skill recommendations, with these preferences automatically syncing to their SAP SuccessFactors system.
