Email notifications of new non-intelligent opportunity recommendations are now sent to users who haven't visited Opportunity Marketplace for at least two weeks. The email includes up to 16 new opportunities with a maximum of 4 assignments, 4 open jobs, 2 mentors, 2 mentoring programs, and 2 job roles. When intelligent opportunity recommendation is enabled, intelligent recommendations are sent weekly and non-intelligent recommendations are sent every two weeks. When intelligent opportunity recommendation is not enabled, only non-intelligent recommendations are sent every two weeks.
Impact Assessment
This enhancement aims to boost employee engagement in Opportunity Marketplace by automatically notifying users of new opportunities. Administrators need to enable the email template New Opportunity Recommendations Notification in Admin Center Email Notification Templates Settings and must have the Manage System Properties Email Notification Templates Settings permission. This change is now available for instances where intelligent opportunity recommendation is not enabled, expanding the feature's availability.
