In the latest version of Career Worksheet, users can now browse all job roles in their organizations to discover target roles. By choosing the Browse All Job Roles button on the Explore Career Options page, users see a list of job roles categorized by job families. Selecting a role directs users to its details page, where they can learn more about the role and take further actions, such as adding it as a target role. Here's a screenshot of the feature.
