You can now use NominationService.svc to create, update, and delete talent pool nominations. Besides, we added the emergencyCover property to this service, and added action to the response to indicate the type of the action. To manage a talent pool nomination instead of a successor nomination, you need to add isPoolNomination=true to the request URI. With this string, the value you specified for nominationTarget indicates the code or name of a talent pool.
