We've introduced a few enhancements this release to improve Employee Central Compensation. Enhancements in Employee Central Compensation Enhancement Description Additional Information Widgets We have added the new Compa Ratio vs Team widget for managers. Note This new widget is only available in the latest People Profile. The manager has the User Permissions Employee Widgets Compa Ratio vs Team permission.
