As an HR administrator, you can now configure alternative address fields at the country/region level, so your organization can collect localized address data only for countries/regions where it is legally required. Alternative address fields, such as country-alt1 and city-alt2 , allow HR administrators and employees to input address data in an alternative language, such as an employee's native language.
