We now support the migration of employee records for those on a Leave of Absence (LOA) in SAP ERP HCM or SAP S/4HANA due to long-term absences, parental leave, or sabbaticals. Employees on a leave of absence with an Inactive status on the Earliest Transfer Date can be migrated using the concept of Additional Event records..
