Detailed Description

Starting from the 1H 2024 release, users have a new page, Pending Workflows, to access requests that require their attention. Compared to the legacy Pending Requests page, the new page offers a visually appealing interface and more efficient organization of information. We strongly recommend that customers transition to and make the most of the new user interface.

Impact Assessment

This deprecation directly affects SAP SuccessFactors implementations that rely on the functionality being retired. Customers must plan and complete migration before May 16, 2025 to avoid service disruption. We recommend updating these URLs to https://<hostname>/sf/pendingworkflows to access the new page. Failure to act before the deletion date will result in loss of functionality, requiring immediate corrective action post-deletion.
