Centralized services now support the addition of a higher duty or temporary assignment of the Full Responsibility type and the ending of a higher duty or temporary assignment. The validations for the add action and the end action occur automatically due to the move to Centralized Services in Employee Central. Therefore, you must remove the validation rules you had configured for your higher duty or temporary assignment; otherwise, you will get duplicate validation messages.
