As an administrator, you can now purge specific fields in the Personal Information and Global Information entities for active employees while retaining the employee record. Field-level purge allows you to selectively remove sensitive data from Personal Information and Global Information entities without deleting the entire employee record. This feature is available for active users in Employee Central. You can configure which fields to purge based on your data retention policies and compliance requirements.
