If users have switched to the new Learning experience, launching a proxy session for them now redirects you to their new Learning home page instead of the legacy Learning home page. Go to People Users [choose a user role] Actions Launch Proxy to launch a proxy session for a user. During a proxy session, you can access a user's account and perform tasks based on their assigned permissions. However, you can't change the status of an assignment or completion, regardless of your permissions.
