The property, autoRecordAttributeRatingOnItemCompletionEnabled[default] automatically enables the Auto Record Competency Rating on Item Completion option on the Item Details page for all Open Content Network (OCN) items in bulk when they're imported into Learning. You can access the property from System Administration Configuration System Configuration OPEN CONTENT NETWORK. By default, the value is set to true.
