An employee transferred from one legal entity to another within the organization using Legal Entity Transfer can now begin their new employment on the Start Date only after completion of Manage Pending Hire. Using this feature, employees who are transferred on legal entity transfer are prohibited from being available in downstream integrations too soon, thereby mitigating unwarranted custom intervention.
