New hires can now access and personalize their Public Profile. This option is available from the user profile icon that is displayed on the top-right corner of the home page. Note Ensure that Spotlight as part of Public Profile is available in your system. Here's a screenshot of the Public Profile option available from the drop-down: Selecting this option redirects new hires to the Profile Preview (the left pane of Public Profile), allowing them to view and edit their profile.
