Detailed Description

We've introduced several enhancements this release to improve implementation and management of the employment lifecycle. Enhancements in Employment Enhancement Description Additional Information Maximum Number of Employment Records for Each Person The system now enforces a maximum limit of 100 employments for any single person in the system. Previously, there was no maximum number of employments that a single person may have. When you attempt to exceed this limit, the system displays a validation error and blocks the creation of the new employment.

This change affects SAP SuccessFactors implementations by introducing updated behavior or new capabilities. Implementation teams should review the change and assess whether configuration adjustments, user training, or regression testing are required. A targeted review of affected processes is recommended before the release goes live.
