In the latest experience of Performance Management forms, users can leverage two new actions in the AI-assisted writing tool, Generate Comments and Improve My Feedback, to help generate or improve comments for skills, competencies, or behaviors. When a skill, competency, or behavior item is assigned a rating, users can access the two actions in the comment box for that item, from the context menu of the AI-assisted writing tool.
