The MDF audit data retention policy now aligns with the global SAP SuccessFactors policy. Any audit data available before the defined retention period is automatically purged. If you've existing Legislatively Sensitive Personal Data (LSPD) configurations, they're already compliant with this policy. To maintain optimal performance, we recommend a maximum of 400 million MDF audit records.
