Detailed Description

Alumni users can now log into SAP SuccessFactors using Identity Authentication to securely access company materials after leaving the company. Once you've completed the steps in Enabling Alumni Access, you can initiate or schedule a delta sync job in Identity Provisioning to update the former employee’s status to Alumni in Identity Authentication. This will initiate an activation email that the Alumni user can use to authenticate back into SAP SuccessFactors with Identity Authentication.
