Previously, the system cleared global user IDs after an instance refresh. Now, you can choose to keep or remove them. A new option, Do not delete global user IDs, is available in the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite's Specific Settings section of an instance refresh request. When you select this option, the system keeps global user IDs during the instance refresh.
