Detailed Description

For Norwegian, you can use the locale Norsk bokmål (nb_NO), instead of Norsk (no_NO); for Swedish, you can use the locale Svenska ‎(sv_SE), instead of Svenska ‎(sv_SW). If you have customized UI labels for the two old locales, we recommend that you migrate the custom labels to the replacement locales. There's no replacement for the Tagalog (tl_PH) locale.
