In Career Site Builder, you can now add a Similar Jobs component to the Job layout so that job-seekers can discover similar jobs to the one they're viewing. The Similar Jobs component suggests other jobs that we've identified as similar to the one that the candidate is viewing, based on criteria such as skills and location. Jobs are displayed as cards, similar to how they're displayed in search results. Candidates can follow a link on the card to view more details about each job.
