In the SAP SuccessFactors web or mobile application, the actual recorded time of a time punch will be the user's local time that is based on the server time and not the device time. As an employee, whenever you record time using the Clock My Time quick action on the home page using the SAP SuccessFactors web or mobile application, the recorded time is the user's local time that is calculated based on the server time.
