As an employee, you can now access approved benefits in an enrollment window even if some benefits are still pending approval. This enhancement eliminates enrollment delays caused by pending approvals. Previously, if even one benefit required approval, you couldn't access any benefits in an enrollment window until all approvals were completed. Now, you can access all approved benefits (auto approved or manually approved) in an enrollment window, even if some benefits are still pending approval.
