If you're using the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solution, You can now filter rehired employee records and choose to stop data replication to SAP ERP HCM while the onboarding process for the rehired employee with their old employment is still in progress. A new WS_ONB_INF ERP transformation template is available for processing the OnboardingInfo object and determining whether onboarding of a new hire for old employment is in progress.
