Standardized employee information documents with comparator data can now be configured by admins and generated by both employees and admins, supporting compliance with the Employee Pay Transparency Information. This feature streamlines the process of meeting regulatory requirements and ensures consistent, accessible reporting. To support compliance with the employee pay transparency, two new MDF entities Work Category Pay Snapshot and Employee Pay Snapshot have been introduced.
