Assignment recommendations in Opportunity Marketplace Broaden Your Experience now consider users' target roles when calculating recommendations. The system uses binary logic to calculate a target role match score: if any of the employee's target roles matches the assignment's job role, the score is 1; otherwise 0. This score is combined with existing factors (skills and location) using the formula: ((Total Attribute Points + Target Role Points) / (Number of Required Attributes + 1)) * 0.8 + (Location Match Score * 0.2). This enhancement is automatically on and requires no configuration.

This enhancement automatically improves the relevancy of assignment recommendations in Opportunity Marketplace for all customers using the Broaden Your Experience feature. No configuration is required as the change is automatically on.
