We've added new Work Capacity Percentage and Work Incapacity Percentage fields for Norway. The customer can enable either of the fields based on the configuration of the absence. These fields were introduced to comply with the legal requirement in Norway to track and validate absence percentage. The work percentage fields can either be recorded by the administrator or by the employees themselves using Employee Self-Service based on the configuration.
