We've added a new Work Incapacity Percentage field for Sweden. The customer can enable this field based on the configuration of absences. This field was introduced to comply with the legal requirement in Sweden to track and validate absence percentages. The work percentage field can either be recorded by the administrator or by the employees themselves using the Employee Self-Service based on the configuration.
