Handling No-Show Employees in Time Management

Description

We've enhanced the termination end handling process in Time Off to include automatic handling of employees reported as No Show. See More

Detailed Description

We've enhanced the termination end handling process in Time Off to include automatic handling of employees reported as No Show . When a No Show event is reported for a new hire (either directly in Employee Central or from an Onboarding cancellation), the system now automatically runs the termination end handling process. This process stops the accruals and deletes the time accounts already created. Employees reported as No Show are fully excluded from accrual runs and new account creation, which ensures they're never active for Time Off in the system.

Impact Assessment

This change affects SAP SuccessFactors implementations by introducing updated behavior or new capabilities. Implementation teams should review the change and assess whether configuration adjustments, user training, or regression testing are required. The impact is expected to be minimal and may not require any action.

Test Recommendations
• Test the complete new hire onboarding process end-to-end in the updated solution. • Verify that all onboarding tasks, notifications, and documents are generated correctly. • Test time-off accrual calculations and leave requests before and after the change. • Verify absence balances and entitlements are correctly displayed to employees and managers.
