Administrators can now configure pay grade as a custom field for Opportunity Marketplace assignments. In Admin Center > Configure Assignments > Configure Assignment Fields, pay grade is available as a Generic/Foundation Object to be added as a custom field. Assignment owners or co-owners can assign a specific pay grade to each assignment in types that have the custom field enabled. Users browsing Opportunity Marketplace can also filter assignments by pay grade to find relevant assignments more quickly.
Impact Assessment
This is an opt-in enhancement that requires administrator configuration to activate pay grade as a custom field on specific assignment types. Organizations that manage assignments by pay grade will benefit from improved assignment management and user filtering capabilities. No impact on existing assignments unless administrators explicitly add the pay grade custom field to assignment types. User filtering experience in Opportunity Marketplace is enhanced with this new filter option.
