As an administrator, you can now manage data retention policies in the new admin center tool Manage Data Retention Policies . Administrators can define and manage data retention policies to control how long personal and sensitive information is retained in Admin Center Manage Data Retention Policies . In the 1H 2026 release, administrators can define and manage data retention policies for two types of target data: global information fields and personal information fields.
