Users can now create, view, and manage HR cases directly from the SAP SuccessFactors app in Microsoft Teams . When the corresponding feature switch is enabled in Admin Center, a new quick action Manage My Cases is available in the SAP SuccessFactors app. It allows users to create new cases, review or update existing cases, and access the knowledge base.
