We've added a new task checklist setting that requires task observations to be completed by the learner's primary manager. When you enable the Observer Must Be Primary Manager setting for a task checklist, the Search for observers option and Region filter are hidden on the Request Observers page. The observer list is limited to the learner’s primary manager, ensuring that the task observation request can only be sent to them. This behavior applies when administrators act as a proxy for a learner, and when a manager submits a task observation request on behalf of a learner through My Team .
