Learners can now search for and add task observers in the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile iOS and Android apps. On the Search for observers screen, learners can now find an observer by name or ID and nominate them to complete a task observation. Learners also have the ability to withdraw a task observation request as needed after it has been sent. This enhancement supports the management and timely completion of task observations and aligns with the Request Observers experience in the web application.
