Detailed Description

As an administrator, you can now handle changes in an employee's citizenship or immigration status during Form I-9 Reverification. The system guides hiring managers through compliant workflows when employees transition from authorized noncitizen to Lawful Permanent Resident or U.S. During Form I-9 Reverification, hiring managers now see a new Yes or No radio button below the "The employee's previous grant of employment authorization has expired..." prompt that asks " Has the employee's citizenship/immigration status changed?" This enhancement ensures compliance with U.S.

Impact Assessment

This enhancement is automatically on and directly affects all SAP SuccessFactors implementations without requiring any configuration. Implementation teams should validate that the new behavior aligns with business requirements and communicate the change to end users if necessary.

Test Recommendations
• Test existing workflows and business rules to confirm they trigger correctly with the new behavior. • Test the complete new hire onboarding process end-to-end in the updated solution. • Verify that all onboarding tasks, notifications, and documents are generated correctly.
