Manual Form I-9 and E-Verify page updates offer clearer guidance on handling E-Verify Tentative Nonconfirmation cases and introduce a new option to cancel related compliance tasks. These enhancements help streamline the onboarding process and ensure proper response to employment verification issues. We added warning and information messages in the Tentative Nonconfirmation Task Status section of the Manual Form I-9 and E-Verify Process page. These messages appear when the new hire receives a Tentative Nonconfirmation case result from E-Verify.
