This ensures that the internal hires review and update their growth portfolio for their upcoming role as part of the onboarding process itself. After adding this task to the Onboarding program from Admin Center Manage Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks : The onboarding participants see the Review Growth Portfolio task under Onboarding Dashboard New Hire Details New Hire Tasks .
