Detailed Description

Administrators can now add a geographic filter and a custom job level filter to open job recommendations in Opportunity Marketplace. A new 'Recommendation Filters' button is available in Admin Center > Manage Opportunity Marketplace for open jobs. For geographic filter: administrators can configure recommendations to only include open jobs matching the user's country/region or location. For job level filter: administrators upload CSV files to match users' pay grades with a custom job level field, providing finer control over job recommendation relevancy.

Impact Assessment

This enhancement gives administrators greater control over open job recommendation relevancy in Opportunity Marketplace. Configuration is required in Admin Center; the filters are not active by default. Organizations with complex geographic or job level structures will benefit most, as recommendations will be more targeted and relevant. The CSV upload approach for job level filters requires administrators to prepare and maintain the mapping file, which adds a configuration maintenance step. Existing open job recommendations continue to work without change until filters are configured.
