Detailed Description
Users assigned as buddies to a new hire now see a new SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding home page card featured at the top of their latest home page. Note This home page card is available only as part of the latest home page experience. This card appears on the buddy’s home page on the new hire’s start date, or when the onboarding tasks are completed by the responsible user or the hiring manager. On the Start Date of the new hire, the buddy is nudged with a reminder stating that the new hire is starting their employment and prompts them to reach out, offer a warm welcome, and help them get started.
