Matrix managers can now create sessions directly on the Calibration page using the Create New button. During session creation, they can select their matrix reports as session participants and choose their matrix reports or lower-level employees as session subjects. This enhancement is from customer idea 301002 . It allows matrix managers to independently manage calibration sessions, improving process efficiency.
