As an administrator, you can now ensure that managers always have access to all feedback their direct reports received, preventing employees from hiding or deleting feedback. A new setting Enable Managers to View All Feedback for Direct Reports is available in the Continuous Performance Management Configuration tool. Once enabled, all feedback that employees received is visible to their direct managers, including those previously hidden from them. The button to delete feedback and the toggle to control whether feedback is visible to managers are no longer available.
