With the latest Performance Management form experience, you can now configure a new type of section that allows users to evaluate the skills or competencies required for an employee's next job role in their career path. You can also use business rules to control the visibility of this section, displaying it only when specific conditions are met. In the Manage Templates admin tool, after you add an Attribute section (either a skill or competency section) and select Job Specific , you will see a new dropdown field with two options: Current Job Role and Next Job Role .
