With the latest experience of Performance Management forms, you can now set section descriptions to be expanded or collapsed by default. The section description area has also been improved for better accessibility. In the Form Template Settings admin tool, there's a new option called Expand Form Section Descriptions on First Opening . By default, this setting is disabled, meaning section descriptions are collapsed when users open a form for the first time.
